Bookkeeping and Accounting Services
We provide a strong financial foundation for your business by maintaining accurate, organized books that support efficient reporting. Our goal is to take the burden of bookkeeping off your shoulders so you can focus on running and growing your business.
We begin by understanding your company’s size, operations, and needs in an initial meeting. Quarterly we send and review the books with you, answering any questions or concerns. Of course, we remain available year-round to answer questions whenever they arise.
Our services also include bookkeeping adjustments and corrections for tax purposes, depreciation and amortization schedules, 1099 filings, franchise tax payments, and a wide range of additional accounting support services.
1099 Filings - $15 per 1099
Franchise tax payments:
- If you pay the $150 fee, then we charge $50
- If we pay the $150 fee, then we charge $100 + additional expenses incurred to file
Bookkeeping services:
- $25 per account per month if they are small with few transactions
- $150 per account per month*
